I’ve been a Realtor for over a decade, helping clients navigate
everything from first purchases to long-term investment strategies. My
focus has grown into commercial and income-producing property, where I
enjoy digging into numbers, potential, and creative ways to make real
estate work harder for my clients.
I currently serve as the 2026 President of the Southeast Missouri
Board of Realtors, and staying involved in the industry is important to
me — education, advocacy, and strong local relationships ultimately make
me a better advisor for the people I work with.
Beyond traditional sales, I’m deeply involved in the rental world. I own and operate two property management companies:
• SEMO Short Stays — furnished and mid-term rentals for traveling professionals
• Hamilton Homes Rentals — long-term unfurnished housing
Because I actively manage properties myself, my advice comes from
real experience, not theory. I understand how properties perform after
closing — not just how they look on paper.
My background degree is in Interior Design, and I love helping
clients see the potential in a space. Renovating, planning layouts, and
improving functionality are a big part of what I do, especially for
investors wanting to increase value and income.
Outside of real estate you’ll usually find me in the garden with my
iris collection, tending to my ever-growing houseplant jungle, or
traveling somewhere warm to scuba dive. I’m also passionate about sea
turtle conservation and enjoy supporting rescue and rehabilitation
efforts whenever I can.
Real estate isn’t just transactions to me — it’s long-term strategy,
community, and creating spaces people truly enjoy living in.
