Whether working with a buyer or seller I am very aware of what you tell me. For the buyer it's getting all the information of wants and needs. After we look at a couple of houses either digitally or virtually I have a good idea and zero in on finding the best fit for the client. With sellers it's listening to what they have loved about their home and it gives me great insight into marketing their home for the quickest sale and best price we can receive for them.
